Me gustó bastante este video (la música de fondo uuff, muy emotivo) y se los comparto.

Actualizando a Firefox 4 en Linux Mint

Después de tanto esperar, la versión estable de Firefox 4 fue liberada y hace unos minutos llegó a los 4 millones de descargas!! O.o

Dejando esto de lado, leí que muchas personas tenían problemas para actualizar a esta nueva versión (GNU/Linux); hay de dos o lo actualizas a la brava (como le hizo el buen @hectormjg) o desde los repositorios como a continuación lo explico:

En Linux Mint abrimos una terminal y:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/firefox-stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install firefox ubufox

Ubufox es una extensión para Firefox que aumenta la compatibilidad del navegador con Ubuntu (OS en el cuál esta basado Mint, por lo que estas instrucciones sirven también para Ubuntu)

Lo malo de usar este método es que el paquete de idiomas se tiene que instalar manualmente, pero es lo de menos.

Yo al final sigo prefiriendo Chrome xD... miren corrí un benchmark en mi netbook para comparar ambos navegadores y este es el resultado ¿Qué opinan?

Me encuentro con este video y lo primero que viene a mi mente #ForeverAloneFest jaja. No recuerdo muy bien como dí con él, la descripción del video dice: "A geek fantasy comes to life when one lucky nerd finds himself in Sci-fi's hottest nightclub with every girl you'd ever want to frak."

Me encuentro con esta interesante campaña de la gente de Estrella de Galicia. Se trata de un poster interactivo que en cifras detalla lo que has pasado en tu vida. El poster es descargable y los datos son bastante interesantes:
